Ready for Some Sanity Time?

It's TIME! Time to send those kids back to school, right???

We're getting ready to start our 2009-10 year of Mornings for Moms on Wednesday, September 9th. Start talking to your friends and neighbors and invite them to our kickoff party. Remember, we start gathering at 9:15 and start announcements at 9:30. We pick up kids at 11:15. That's two hours of sanity time! We will be meeting in the basement (Fellowship Hall) of Willamette Community Church/Albany Christian School. Children can be dropped off in the nursery on the main level.

We have a great fall schedule planned -- a new book to enjoy together, a fun two-week craft project and speakers discussing household chemicals, vision & learning, self-defense and establishing holiday traditions. Erika will continue sharing devotional thoughts and scriptures with us as we remember that during these crazy motherhood moments, Christ is our strength.

One thing that we need to warn everyone about, we will be raising the fee for M4M this year. We hate having to do it, but it is the first time we've raised fees since we started the group. We want to let you know now in case you need to start budgeting. The fees for 09/10 will be $45 for the year (or $15/term). The book will cost $10. With that said, we do not want anyone to skip out simply for financial reasons. Please come, regardless of your ability to pay.
